The Division of Marketing and Communications provides limited photo coverage of College events. Original photography services are provided as time and work load permit. There is a $30-an-hour fee associated with photoshoots.

Photo requests should be made at least two weeks before the event. Please complete the Photo Request Form. In this request, you will include information about shoot date, shoot location, subject (or event), time the photographer is expected to arrive/depart, a department contact person and telephone number, date images are needed back from the photographer, and other special requests or instructions.

If a departmental photographer is not available, you will be provided a list of local freelance photographers. It is then your responsibility to contact and contract with an outside photographer. Or, you may check out a digital camera from the Division of Marketing and Communications.
